- Commission Membership: Available to commissions for women established by governments at the state, county or local levels
- Allied Membership: Opened to non-profit (501c3 or 501c4) organizations that support the mission of NACW and wish to participate in member activities
- Associate Membership: Available to individuals who are affiliated with women's commissions - past or present - and who support NACW goals and activities.
